Teng, drool.
Update: I suspected there was a problem with it and contacted Teng who told me to send it in for a service. Two weeks and the torque wrench is back home and working like a champ. Teng said it was pretty dirty inside so not sure what was going on there but it was causing the adjuster to bind. Excellent product and a great service from Teng. Teng tools are renowned for being quality bits of kit and this is no different. It feels well put together and isn’t at all loose. The torque handle is pretty hard to screw but I’m putting that down to being new. The finish is very nice with red paint and anodised aluminium. It comes in a nice branded protective plastic case which is a generic case they use for larger torque wrenches too so it doesn’t seem to fit correctly, however there is a special slot moulded into the case specially for this tool. I can’t fault this tool. It does what it says on the tin as long as you use it correctly. I’ve used Teng tools for about 20 years and they are one of the best makes in the world and their prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.

Works well for spark plugs
So far I've only used this for the spark plugs on an X16LET engine (25 Nm) and the plug pack (15 Nm), and I was happy with it. It's easy to set, and easy to lock at the set torque. This feels like a good-quality product – the couple of other Teng items I have also inspire confidence, which is half the reason I chose this torque wrench. I do like to get really nice tools, but then I try to take into account if I will use them enough to justify the price – this seems like a good balance on the side of knowing it will work and paying no more than I need to. I agree with another reviewer that the supplied case could have been a slightly smaller purpose-made fit, but it's only a few cm longer than strictly needed. I doubt I'll ever need the angular gauge for bolts to only 25 Nm, but if I ever do the facility is there. Overall, I am pleased with this item.

Fantastic quality tool, mine came in red.
Lovely little torque wrench, typical Teng quality! fantastic product, comes in a nice box too. Do yourself a favour and ignore the cheap no name brand torque wrenches especially the bike focused stuff! This is fantastic quality has Nm and Ftlb scale, has a very positive click and relax when it hits the correct torque and is very easy to use. For the price you can't go wrong! fantastic value for money. Saw some comments about people getting silver ones but I've ordered in 2021 and its red to match other teng tools.

Usual teng quality
Excellent torque wrench. Would be cool if it started at 0nm but aw well.

Good, in case you were wondering
I bought this torque wrench because it is highly rated elsewhere for accuracy and longevity. I tested it against a previous torque wrench and it seems right. It has a cal certificate but to keep that going you need to have it recalbrated every year or something which is not for me but by feel it's still about right after 4? years. I'm asked to rate it for sturdiness but that's not appropriate. It's well made and not sloppy. It's job is not to be sturdy, it's job is to click off at the right torque. 25Nm does not take much force to apply.

Nice quality and value again from Teng.
Amazon makes me rate accuracy, but as I don’t have a way to check, I can only assume that Teng have not lied on the calibration certificate provided. All metal construction, nice feel in use. I find the locking mechanism tends to come on as you wind up to a torque value, but that’s a minor thing. Comes in a decent blown plastic case. Clearly a case made for other larger wrenches as well, but again, not a big deal. Seems really good value compared to alternatives. I’ve had a wrench covering higher torques for a while, but really should have bought this first perhaps since it’s arguably easier to over torque a smaller fastener. I bought it for nuts on studs holding the fuel pump in my bike’s fuel tank, but have used it for other jobs already.

Useful and a good buy
For my use (home use mc repair) it was a good buy. Although I also bought the size bigger, this is the one that comes most into use. Most bolt are in this tools range. And as its just the right sized I don't really have anything to complain about. Dials are in both ft/lb and Nm, and luckily the manufacturer has tables with specs for them both. Guess inch/lb would have been better instead of ft/lb because of its size. But it really didn't bother. Would buy again. Gives the impression to be good quality.

Something to Torque about.
Lovely torque wrench. Only used it once at the moment but this should see its fair share of usage. Stiff to adjust but it adds to the solid feel of it. Came with a calibration certificate from 2017 (So it's not that old) and the springs were wound down so that it doesn't come out of calibration. the case its self is also a nice place for the torque wrench to stay safe and protect it. Note:Because of the low torque ranges it can be hard to hear the click, so listen carefully!

Havent used it yet but i have held it in my hand and tried to set a torque. Was easy settings, and remember to RESET the torque setting to 0 after use of the wrench. Else the wrench will need a calibration, its the same for all other brands and not just teng! Also the Picture shows a silver colored wrench, but it is infact red as teng tools typicaly are. Comes with a calibration certificate that shows it's accuracy!
