Excellent range of colourse
I really liked this set of pastels - my first incidentally. Hadn't realised how mucky your fingers got but hey!!!! The range of colours is excellent, they were all whole - not broken in transit. Good value - I wasn't sure which size to get, but these are great as a starter pack - more colours than the 'official' smaller pack.

Wonderful item!
Lovely choice of colours. They go on forever and give the perfect desired shading! Two layers of box, foam and paper all protect the pastels very well, so there is no snapping! :)Very pleased with this item and will be using this brand (and seller) again as I can not find fault.

Lovely value item
Bought for my teenage daughter as a gift and she has found the colour range lovely and they are nice to use. Great value item.

Good value, good quality
I bought a small set of Inscribe pastels to try and was soon back for a bigger set with more colours. These may not be the highest quality but the colours are good, not overly bright despite the photo but give good coverage, I'd say they are about medium in terms of softness, and work better on smoother paper, the rough surfaces need a lot of application. They layer up and smudge together nicely and I'm very pleased with the results I've had. Great for someone wanting to just try pastels, but a good buy to add to your pastel range as well. The sticks are small but that just means they're pretty much the ideal size to start working with from the get-go. I've had good results from these with Derwent A4 Pastel Paper Pad, 24 Sheets of Neutral Grey, Acid Free 200gsm Paper

Great Pastels in a large variety of colors
Great Pastels in a large variety of colors. I am using them to shade and color polymer clay and they work very good making my creations seam much more realistic and professional.

Inscribe soft pastels
I love these pastels - I came across them by accident a little while ago as I was looking for particular colours to finish off a pastel painting. I have always used Winsor & Newton soft pastels but, as you can no longer get these, the Inscribe are a great substitute and blend beautifully. I recommend them to my students for this reason (and they are slightly cheaper than Unison and Sennelier pastels).

Quality pastels
first time using pastels so can't compare with others but I'm very happy with these, lovely colours, blend well and easy to use
