Are these 151 brand items?

The six packs are not 151 despite it saying they are. I have no idea if these ones will work the same as 151. Last time I bought them individually and they were 151, I suggest you do the same if that's what you want as I suspect these are an inferior cheaper brand so not the saving I thought they were.

Are these bags re usable?

No, once they fill up with water, they can't be dried out to return to how they were.

Do these have to hang upright or can they be placed in a box/drawer?

Each dehumidifier comes with a hook to hang with. The top part has absorbent beads which release water into an empty space in the bottom part , so wouldn’t work in a box/drawer.

How often should I replace the bag? It is 1/4 full with water should I replace or wait until the bag below if fully full

When the crystals go hard and a solid lump, and the bag is about 1/2 full of water, i think they're pretty much finished and i put a new one up. DO NOT empty the water sac down a stainless steel sink etc - it corrodes it!. Either drain it down the toilet, or an outside drain.
