Hyland's Dry Ear Relief Oil, Relieve Ear Irritation Fast, for Itchy and Dry Irritated Ears, Ages 2 and up, Day and Night Drops, 0.5 Ounce

I’ve been wearing hearing aids for about 4 months and my ears have gotten so dry! I bought this dry ear relief oil because it was recommended to me by the audiologist. I place ONE drop of the oil onto the back of my hand and then lightly dab the silicone domes of my hearing aids in it, just to get them wet. It makes a huge difference and it feels so much better, comfortable. It doesn’t feel wet and oily like I thought it would. Absorbs really great and leaves no residue. (Still need to wipe off the domes every night like usual). When I take my hearing aids out my ears feel normal, not dry. Yes, you can probably find something in the kitchen that’s will work just as good, but I didn’t trust any of them for fear of contamination or infections. Bottle is cheap and will probably last a year or more!

I use this in the morning and evening to relieve my ears from itching. It works pretty well for that and it is easy to use. I usually put a drop or two on a cotton swab and apply gently to the ear.

It worked very little for me. I have dry itchy ears. I used q tip to apply in each ear at least twice a day. Make sure you wipe excess oil from ear. Didnt know it was dripping out of one ear until coworker told me. embarrasing.

I have tried many different products over the years and I have to say this has been the best I've used relieve the itching and the uncomfortableness of the irritation caused by itching

I've had itchy ears on an off for more years than I care to remember, but it's been constant the last 3 or 4. When anti-itch ointments did nothing, I finally asked a doctor for a prescription. It worked fairly well, but was not covered by insurance and cost $92 for 10 ml.I use it only once in a while because - $92 for 10 ml.I found some other itchy ear medication here on Amazon and have been using it for quite a while, but it's only somewhat effective. It helps, but only for a few hours.A couple of weeks ago I was browsing, looking for something different when the Hylands brand jumped out at me. I've used other products of theirs and found them effective, so decided to order - and I'm glad I did.Sometimes I only need to use this once a day. At most, twice. It works well to cover the dryness and stope the dry flakes for a few hours. Unfortunately does not cure the eczema as advertised.
