First time using a bromide sanitizer for my spa . This product was recommended by my knowledgeable salesperson. It has both mineral and bromide for clear water quality, no smell like chlorine sanitizers . Bromide works best in hot water spas and dose not break down as fast chlorine. Keeps my spa levels in the right area for use .

I can always stress the frog to provide a clean chlorine, free, smell free, hot tub that my entire family can enjoy gets the water clear. It’s easy to open as easy to follow the directions.

I had been managing my hot tub myself checking all of the chemical weights. After draining my hot tub I decided to try a different approach. I placed this in and did not have any issues. We have continued to use it since while replacing the yellow one. My husband seems to like this better than the other method of balancing all of the chemicals. New filter, new water, new chemical method. No issues since. The smell is normal. Chemical smells of pool products. As far as cost, I think the longevity of the minerals makes it worth it. The bromine went a little faster than I expected. Time is money and the product seems worth it when I have a working hot tub now with less thought required.

I will say that I ended up going a different route with the new Thermacore hot tub we purchased after getting the Frog Spa system! I am very happy with the customer service in resolving our situation, as we sold our SaluSpa Heliski inflatable hot tub we had before getting the SaluSpa Paris Thermacore Hot Tub!For our new hot tub I decided to go a more natural path route, without chemicals! I was definitely struggling to get the water balanced so the Spa Frog would work for us! The calcium hardness ended up reading low on the tester strip & the bromine never registered on it, even when adjusted to the highest level after several days. I never did fully resolve the issue before selling the SaluSpa Heliski that we used it in!This product is not eligible for returns, however Amazon fully refunded the money! I’m very pleased with the overall experience & idea of using less chemicals with this system than some other systems use! It was a growing & learning curve that led me to finding more natural ways of providing my family with the healthiest possible approaches to creating healing waters to soak in at home!
