Great value set from Helix
Love Helix products as they are always what is expected.This was a good value set for what was needed and getting 360 degree protractors can be such a problem, it's great to see something that includes the pie chart variation which offers a new dimension to the way fractions and percentages can be determined.Over time though, the numbers/print does rub off and I don't think that any stationery can withstand the rigours of a teenage school pencil case, so these are made of the kind of plastic that will eventually succumb to constant use and crack.Still, I am grateful that I don't have to continue to make the annual stationery pilgrimage pre-term start, if Amazon continue to stock!Recommended

Where the tin box?
No more little tin boxes for trig sets, then again it isn't a full trig set as there is only a ruler, protractor and a pie chart drawer - so its sold as a drawing set. Quality is good and what you would expect for the money. The ruler is split in half with a folding bracket which makes it good for storage, but can't help feel it may snap in time - but its going strong at the moment. The protractor has a moveable spinner which allows you to leave the protractor in one position whilst turning the slider to get the angle - very useful feature. I am not too sure that the pie chart drawer will be of use, possibly needed at school to suit the curriculum.Overall - good for the money, some nice features.

Great set, great quality,
Great curriculum set. The circular compass really helps my left handed son. School curriculum does not require the pie chart wheel but we've enjoyed using it to make our own pie charts. Really like it

Good quality
A great value set, particularly if you have children that tend to lose things as frequently as one of my grandsons does. As always with Helix products it is good quality and certainly fit for purpose.
