Super Drug
I read an article that said Grapeseed extract could help with circulation and achy legs. My legs ache a lot and I have terrible knee problems. I have had a knee replacement on one knee and I now need the other one replaced. This means that I tend to drag my feet and my legs ache all the way up to my buttocks. I started taking grape seed extract about a year ago and have found it has made a vast improvement. In a matter of a week I felt better. I also suffer with chilblains over the winter and I haven't had them at all this year. I ran out and stopped taking them about 3 months ago and within a fortnight I had achy legs again so I went straight back on them and lo and behold the aching has almost gone. I'm no saying its a miracle cure but definitely worth a try and its not expensive. I did shop around but found these to be much more effective and cheaper than anything I found in my local health food shop as they are high strength.

UPLIFTING!
Since taking these, I can feel a greater sense of well being, mood and an increase in testosterone. I'm more alive in the morning, more raring to go and I've become very keen on exercising which I've taken up again. My appetite has increased too, as has my libido. Most importantly, I'm taking these for my heart since I've got angina and I've felt less tightening in the chest, which is otherwise very uncomfortable. You really can't go wrong with grapeseed. Give it a go and see if you can experience the same. I take 2 x 5000mg per day in the morning. Recommended!

Disappointed
Maybe I was using the Grapeseed for the wrong reason, I had read that using this product some people had success in reducing the size of Ganglion's for those who are not familiar with that word ill explain its a fatty growth under the skin I have such a growth on the back of my hand between my thumb and forefinger and its growing everyday I bought two bottles of Grapeseed and used it diligently and as prescribed but George (thats what I call my Ganglion) continues to grow. I also read that hitting the Ganglion with a heavy book would reduce its size, that didnt work either and now the family bible needs rebinding. So my search for a remedy continues.

Maybe I can't live without it.
I use this product for it's purported anti-oxidant, anti-cancer and immune boosting properties. Sadly I have Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia. I started taking Selenium, Vitamin E and Vitamin C yet my White Blood Count continued to rise. Having read the benefits of Grapeseed Extract I decided to add this product to my supplement regime. Since then my WBC has fallen over the last ten months. It is stable at the moment. I will continue to take this supplement because it certainly appears to be beneficial to my health problem.HealthAid Grapeseed Extract 5000mg - 60 Tablets

fat loss
taken alongside Gotu Kola on advice from my friend's PT, after i got pretty toned for a friend's beach wedding I have been eating rubbish since (but still going to the gym) I genuinely feel like I'm still quite toned whereas previously when I've been eating rubbish (namely choc digestives, cakes -sugary treats) I've looked a bit 'softer' i.e not much shape at all to my arms). its not expensive so why not give it a go.

Be aware of what you are actually buying here, the label is very misleading. Only 100mg of grapeseed extract per tab
It's a bit misleading. To look at the bottle you'd think that you're getting a really large dose of grapeseed extract but if you look closely under the 5000mg is the word 'equivalent'. On the side of the bottle it states:"Each Tablet Contains (Average):Grapeseed Extract** (50:1)................100mg*(equivalent to 5000mg of Grapeseed powder)"So the front of the bottle implies that the bottle contains grapeseed but there's only grapeseed extract and various bulking and conditioning agents in it. This is very misleading, unclear and disappointing, I feel ripped off.
