The essential for a wanabee baker. Coat it well with flour and wheatbran to prevent the dough sticking. Flip the whole thing down onto your baking sheet so that the bread keeps its shape

This is really a good idea for holding your dough in shape for it's final proving before baking. It also leaves nice circular marks in the dough that look professional. Just remember to flour it well to stop the dough sticking to the basket!
