My favorite dry pasta. Has a great texture, mouthful, and flavor. Very versatile and I highly recommend it for any type of pasta dish.

This is an exceptional pasta in flavor and makes a more ordinary dish elevated.

The product was excellent, but package was slightly crushed. Since it is a sturdy pasta it didn’t crush it. We really enjoyed it and I ordered another box.

Marulo Casarecce is a delicious pasta that tastes just like pasta you would find at an upscale Italian restaurant. The 17.6oz box looks like a present as when I opened it, I found the pasta bagged and the inside of the box a shiny gold color. This pasta would be perfect to include in a homemade gift basket for a loved one. The manufacturer notes that it takes 9 minutes to cook but it took about 12 minutes for the pasta I received to reach al dente. Once cooked, the pasta is delicious with a fantastic texture where the sauce clings to the Casarecce beautifully. The Casarecce is made with clean ingredients and extruded through a bronze die which adds additional texture to the pasta allowing any sauce it is paired with to cling to it. The ingredients of the lovely artisan pasta include durum wheat semolina and water. The manufacturer noted that the product may contain traces of soy and mustard. If you have an allergy to these foods, please be aware. There are 9 servings per box. Each 2oz serving contains 200 Calories, 1g Total Fat, and 8g Protein. It is a Product of Italy. I love this pasta and will definitely add another to my Amazon cart.

This is probably my first time purchasing a quality pasta noodle of any kind and I can definitely tell the difference between this and the grocery store $1 box (besides the price). This Marulo, Cassarecce, Italian Pasta Bronze Die Cut Artisan, Italian Pasta is head and shoulders above "regular" pasta. First off it comes in a really beautiful box with gold lining. Already just cooking it feels special. I'd never seen this shape of noodle before and realized when I looked at it from the end, that it is actually an S shape. The inherent curves in the long pasta hold sauce really well and enhance the flavor.The noodles themselves are quite hearty and filling, but are very much enhanced by sauce. I chose a quality pasta sauce for these (Carbone), and quite honestly our dinner felt like a high-end restaurant experience. Sometimes you just want to up your pasta game -- I think these are definitely worth the price for a really tasty quality meal.

We love Italian food so when I had the chance to try this, I figured why not. Note while I did receive the product for free, I do have to pay income taxes on the full value of it. My review is based solely on the product itself, nothing more.This is a more refined, authentic Italian pasta than the typical store bought brands. I noticed the difference both in its taste (which was better) and its texture. It does take longer than cheaper pasta brands to cook al dente. But it tastes better, The shape of this pasta is unique and hearty and we paired it with a nice marinara sauce and the dish tasted very good. We usually eat pasta once a week and this is a good product with more of a homemade flavor. We would recommend when you are looking for an upscale pasta dinner
