When the one the hospital let me sneak out with finally broke, I was so sad, until I found these! They are exactly the same and even come with straws! I bought two and I'll probably order more soon just to have on hand. Best cups ever, they don't get things wet and stay cold, hold a lot, don't spill. Love them.

I’m not sure why I love these things so much, but here I am leaving a review for a hospital-style water jug, lol.These things are inexpensive (here on Amazon anyway; if you take one home from an actual hospital they’ll charge 10x this price to your insurance). They’re plastic, lightweight, easy to clean, and keep water cold for a reasonably long time (not as long as a Yeti or RTIC will, but long enough to finish the jug without ice melting). Lids are snappy and secure, straws are rigid and stay put nicely, and overall it’s comfy to handle — not too clunky, and the insulated walls keep the outside from getting too sweaty or slippery.Basically perfect tumbler for everyday usage. Not super heavy duty, but durable enough to survive handling by small kids and occasional drops from the desk/ table. My husband likes these too and I always keep one filled for him when he’s working from home (with our cat who has a penchant for knocking glasses over).Also it’s graduated! In cc/mL which I appreciate. 10/10. Please don’t raise the price! These things are ridiculously overpriced in hospitals.

I have been using a hospital-issued one of these for a decade and finally decided to purchase a few. They keep water cold for a relatively long time. Holds 30 oz of water and you can easily see how much you have had to drink. They aren't a fashion accessory like some water bottles, but they are efficient!

Previous carafes I have purchased have cracked when ice and water was used. It usually cracks on the inside near the area of the handle. Although this has occurred three times, this carafe is still my choice because of its design. I hope this information gets to the mfg. so they can review the engineering of this product.

The handle size & amt of fluid it holds is super. Easy measuring for adults on a liquid diet or anybody trying to keep track of how much you are taking in a day. Had to add a metal straw but the plastic on that comes with it works too.
