Bosch Replacement blade 37 cm for Rotak 37

Genuine product, great service from supplier, already fitted and in use

This blade has literally transformed my mower! It's a manufacturer produced part but it is totally different to the original blade on my Rotak 37-14 Ergo. It is way more curved on the non cutting parts of the blade which causes much better "suction" to hoover up the grass. My mower didn't pick up this well when it was new out of the box! The actual cutting parts of the blade are seriously sharp! I almost had my finger off when fitting it so be careful! This is the best £14 I've ever spent and my mower now powers through anything and cuts closer, picks up more and is quieter than before.

Simple replacement part, did what it is supposed to. My only gripe would be that it didn't come with instructions on how to fit ... a quick YouTube video search came up with the screwdriver in hole solution to stop the rotation and enable the removal and installation of the blade.

I have a Bosch Rotak 37-14 Ergo, with a green front, purchased from Homebase in May 2015. The correct part no for a replacement blade, given at the back of the Instruction Booklet, was F 016 800 378. I was therefore concerned that this new blade, F 016 800 272, might not be a direct replacement, given the comments of other buyers here. I need not have worried. It was a perfect fit, and took very little time to install. It makes it much easier if you push a screwdriver through one of the holes in the blade backplate, as indicated in the instructions, in order to prevent the blade rotating as you loosen the nut on the old one, and tighten it on the new one. The screwdriver does not need to pass through one of the secondary holes in the blade. It should merely rest against the blade. I would advise wearing stout gardening gloves or similar for this job, as recommended in the instructions.

Bought as a replacement for my Rotak 37 Ergoflex which must be 7+ years old and had a number of stone chips on the blade. Did m research so knew this was the right product for me. Fitting was straight forward (with the right sized spanner). Now getting a crisper cut on the lawn and it is munching through the grass easier. I’d swear that the lawnmower is quieter too (possibly down to the blade having no damage and therefore vibrating). Would recommend and has hopefully given the mover a few more years of life!

Materiale arrivato puntualmente e montato; è arrivato completo di vite e rondella elastica a tazza. Ho voluto inserire 2 rondelle aggiuntive per uno scrupolo personale (una tra lama e albero e l'altra tra lama e vite di spessore inferiore alla profondità dell'incavo. Funziona tutto bene.

on devait changer la lame de notre tondeuse. Plutôt content de cette nouvelle lame, facile à changer, de bonne qualité. Tondeuse déjà sortie deux fois, dont une fois avec un gazon humide, c'est parfait !
