So! I tried another brand first and was like pfft! All this hype? Rubbish! No effect! Took a look online, about 80(ish) % are fake according to some survey. Anyways, apparently this brand was pretty near as dammit to the label claims and a great price so I thought, last try for NMN...****! I started off on 500mg, my head felt like it had been split in half. 3 days and I had to half the dose, I was destroyed. I'm 34yrs old so maybe my levels aren't that low and I don't need too much but either way, on 250mg. I feel fresh as a daisy. Value for money or what tbf, 160 servings and I have no complaints. I tried 500mg 1 day randomly to see if it was the NMN that killed me before... yup! Either strong good stuff or I'm super sensitive to it. Either way, works for me.

Very good price. Tastes a little different to NMN I've bought before. The company seems good and established, but their third party testing is a little vague... Jury still out on this one...I've now seen sources that state a great deal of Amazon NMN is fake and has fake reviews... There are sources out there that give the claimed and real NMN content. Apparently, a 300mg serving of this one gives 289mg of NMN - so, not too bad, but not great. What is the rest?

First time buying NMN from Amazon due to ridiculously low price. Only reason is that Tonniq appear genuine and I’ve used their other products. Have always bought from very reputable sources ( DNA - UTHEVER) at circa £95/100g that also have to be kept refrigerated. Will provide feedback in due course

Powder is good, but the scoop is about 0.7 gr. so someone can't take 2 to 4 times a day as the say on the label (I have a precision scale). It would be good if they include the right scoop. I wait they will send me the right one, but nothing yet.

Unlike most amazon products it contains an actual nmn

Most of the top selling NMN brands on Amazon have been shown to be fake through independent testing. This one is fairly high purity and more affordable than some other brands. I used precision scales to determine the weight of powder in a level scoop and it is 300 mg. I just dissolve it into a glass of water and drink it first thing in the morning. No need to do it sublingually as it is highly bioavailable and probably isnt that good for the teeth as it is acidic. My energy and focus have improved since taking it. I really hope this supplement will continue to be available in the future.

Says to take 2-4 scoops a day. Problem is, what scoop? There is no scoop in my one. Not at the bottom, nowhere to be found, now I don't know how much to take.
