I am still in the camp of users still using Phillips masks and haven’t really found anything else that has worked for me since I’m a side sleeper. As many Phillips users know there is no longer a travel version with all the recalls. I’m an avid traveler and have been lugging around my full cpap hoping that it doesn’t get lost or broken and leaving me with nothing. That all changed when I found this little miracle piece of plastic. This will allow you to use any brand of mask with your air mini which is the best travel CPAP I have ever used. I have gone from lugging another full bag for my CPAP to carrying my air mini in my purse when traveling. If you are addicted to your brand mask but what to try the air res mini this is a must have!

Allows you to use 22 mm hose instead of 17 mm hose that comes with air mini. Using the 22 mm helps to mitigate some of the noise from air mini.Using a hose muffler works as well.

This adapter lets me use my standard tubing on the Airsense Mini. It's a great quality piece, and it just goes into the travel bad with my regular hose and mask set.

Works great to allow use of any mask. Silly it's necessary and this price for a small piece of plastic. Happy to be able to use my mask.

I purchased a ResMed Air-Mini with a battery for travel. But, I have only found one mask that I can stand and it does not work with the Air-Mini... without this little gizmo. This little bit of plastic allows me to use my old hose and mask with the Air-Mini. I hate it that such a tiny piece of plastic costs so much but it does the job.

I should have bought this sooner. I have a dreamwear mask and a mini travel machine. I wore earplugs because I couldn’t stand the noise.Now I can travel and have a much quieter experience.

I have used CPAP every night since early 2002. My 3rd home machine is an S10 and is the best by-far. When I purchased an Air-Mini for camping and travel, the air-noise was bothersome, but I put up with it. This adaptor allows use of "standard" (simple rubber connectors on both ends) tubing and your "home" mask system. It was clear that the excessive noise was coming from the elbow connector that contains the check valve and vent that prevents re-breathing of the air you exhale. No doubt; the current air-mini elbow design is poor. Once I replaced that with standard mask components, the problem went away. This adaptor, and the seller, are great! No "bad fit/leaking/sharp ends", or any other problems reported by some others. They must have equipment or adjustment problems. Maybe larger-diameter hoses will make it even quieter (see the other reviews), but make sure to get rid of the air-mini stock elbow! This adaptor lets you do just that
