I did order 2 of them, 1 in the kitchen 1 in the bathroom. In the kitchen I put a little plate under it to prevent it from soaking in water, as the base is very low (not very suitable for the place it was designed), but in the bathroom I did not find anything to put underneath so I was hoping it will survive. It did not.. after using it for a few months it just stopped, the led does light up but no soap... So I think it is very stupid to design the batteries on the bottom in a very wet environment. Or if the water had nothing to do with it, it's still NOT ok for it to just stop working after a few month of usage. I guess this is what I get for 16 Pounds. :( I did really like them for a while, but now I have buy an other one... or just leave it...

The first dispenser supplied clogged up but the seller replaced it immediately. The second one works fine. It's a bit of a knack getting just the right amount of soap as if you're not careful it can dispense for 4 seconds, which is too much soap. However, if you move your hand away quickly aftera second or so, brushing the nozzle with your hand, its the correct amount of soap and it doesn't drip.Good product

Weve had several of these not just this brand but others too but they always malfunction after a few weeks this latest one only lasted two weeks perhaps if the manufacturers had the sense to move the battery compartment to the back or side they would last longer as the battery compartments are always at the bottom of the base and get wet, Im forever spraying them with WD40 and repairing them but just cant be bothered with it anymore :(

Exactly as some other 1 star reviews - basically stopped working after a couple of days and just whirred. Checked batteries and were flat. Tried a new set - worked for a short while then stopped, brand new set of duracell batteries were dead within a day. Asked what vendor was going to do about cost of two wasted sets of batteries and basically they didn't even read the email beyond words 1 and 2 - a dumb reply about using some new batteries!!

This is great fun for the kids, they can't wait to wash their hands after using the loo (that was the plan!); It chimes and lights up, good product GooQee!!

This is great , I thought I'd try washing up liquid (fairy) in it and it works perfectly for me didn't need to water down so now when I'm cooking with meats and veggies I can wash my hands with fairy liquid without having to touch anything fantastic

Very elegant, nicer than I thought it would be, I would of given it 5 stars, if it wasn't for the fact, the liquid soap wont come out if it is a tad thick. so i watered it down and its ok, so far. time will tell
