Didn’t know I needed this!
I have to say, my digestive system likes this stuff! The taste is palatable enough that I done mind it. I usual put a scoop in with a small amount of water and mix it with a straw than add the rest of the eight ounces so it’s easier to avoid clumps (gag!). I had the thought that I’d been using it long enough that I didn’t need to take it on vacation. Vacation diet had me ordering quick delivery 3 days in after drug store pre/probiotics didn’t help. Won’t do that again!

Dissolves & mixes well
Not gritty like some powder drinks.30+ days in and so far so good. I purchased the 2 pack to try both flavors. Citrus was a shock the 1st morning, but have loved it every morning since. Will be trying the apple cin flavor starting tomorrow.Refrigeration suggested, so makes it less convenient when traveling, but I made it work over a 2 week vacation and travel.

It’s fine
The flavors are good. But after going through both tubs I just didn’t find it had changed anything for me. I will say that I had to work up to the dosage on the bottle. It was way too much to start to where I spent a lot of time in the bathroom. But backing off and ramping up to the dosage alleviated those issues.

Flavor is not good
The video shows a woman enjoying the brown beverage. It is horrible. I have to mix it into a smoothie to make it bearable. Taking me forever to use even half.

Citrus is my choice Cuz I am in Florida LOL
Best product I have ever used for regularity no pills a nice drink in the evening and I use a cocktail blender its a small handheld drink mixer stick runs on an AAA battery a must have for ingredients to get mixed properly. Love the creator Maggie she knows and did her research thank you for you!

Husband likes citrus flavor better

Tastes fine
Just received this stuff, going to take it for a week straight to see if I feel any better. I'll repost my verdict. By the way, I might add that I wish there were more of the product in the container, why waste so much plastic on the tub if it's only going to be filled halfway...
