250g Jasmine Green Tea Loose Leaf in Caddy

Very tasty and healthy tea, you can tast the jasmine in it. Very good quality. I bought another one and definitely I will buy again!

This product comes delivered in a very attractive cardboard box with a tightly fitting lid. The tea inside has been vacuum packed inside a storage bag to retain freshness.The leaves seem healthy and slightly fragrant - one teaspoonful is plenty for a cup/mug, but allow a good 4 minutes for this to brew. I have tried it with less tea and with more but the flavour is pretty much the same so stick with the one teaspoonful. After brewing, you will see that the leaves have expanded fully to give off their flavour. I also tested this tea in a glass mug, a ceramic mug and a china mug - the glass and china seemed to give off the better flavour.I have tried numerous green teas and flavoured teas over the years, my favourite is always jasmine but, sadly, the brand I preferred no longer sells that flavour so it has been a long journey of trial and error. This product has a lovely green tea flavour and aroma. It feels "heavier" than other green teas I have but that is to its credit. My only negative here is that the jasmine could have been much, much stronger. Although it is clearly present I have a preference for a more highly flavoured jasmine tea - something I have not been able to find so I am not really classing it as a negative in this instance.Would I buy this again? Most definitely. 250g is a lot of loose tea and will last me some while. Although I would have preferred a much stronger jasmine flavour, I was very pleased with the weight of the brew, its consistency and its taste - definitely a far better "green tea" than many others I have tried. And, as added bonuses, the cardboard "caddy" looks great and really helps to keep the tea fresh, and the price is exceptional. So, yes, I will definitely be buying this tea regularly in the future and for green tea lovers who like a delicate "edge" to the brew, this would be perfect. I left a 4 star rating here only because of my preference and wished the jasmine flavour had been stronger, but that is not a deal breaker for me since this is such a good quality green tea overall.

Lovely Tea but caddy arrive jut as it was..no box nor envelope so difficult to remove address sticker. Complaint dealt with by Amazon promptly.

Gorgeous smooth taste and smell. Makes a very comforting cup of tea and lasts for ever. Pretty packaging. Well worth the price .

The tea is gorgeous, the caddy is really lovely too. Unfortunately, the muppets posting it to me stuck the delivery label directly on to my caddy! It won't come off.

Delicate infusion of jasmine tea.

The usual product I buy on Amazon wasn’t in stock so I went with this one for now.While the tea is nice there is however next to no dried jasmine flowers in the pack to give it the flavour and aroma the product clearly suggests it has which is a shame.I cannot fault the price though, being under a tenner you get a decent quantity of this product.
