HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE!
I purchased this keyboard for its nice aesthetic looks and overall design over a year ago. little did I know.The software is absolutely horrible and keeps crashing. The user interface is so difficult to use and looks like it was made in 2003. I installed several versions of the software and patched it as described online but it was just continuing to fail no matter what i did. I did a hard reset and even contacted G-skill. still no luck.They did not respond.Worst part about it is that the keyboard freezes and crashes every so often. Every week I have unplug and plug the keyboard to get it working.The swappable WASDFGC keys that are red in color are pretty cool but after a year they start to peel. I would expect a lot better for a keyboard that is valued at over 100$. Its a shame because the keyboard looks really nice.
