Just buy it!
What a brilliant bit of kit. So much easier than drain rods and really simple to use. I’ve just cleared a significant blockage using the device which will save a call-out and expense of a plumber. Being so easy to use I can see me using this for annual maintenance to ensure I never get blockages in the future. If I could I’d give it a 6! 👌👍 PS, used with a Karcher K4. PPS, a bit surprised it never came with any instructions but if you’re the type to get your hands dirty to clear blockages I suspect they aren’t needed!👍

Quick and easy
Absolutely brilliant at a fraction of the cost of the Karcher one. Connects up to my K2 jet washer perfectly and unblocked my drain really quickly and completely with minimal effort. I wish I had done this years ago instead of using rods which now I realise only partially cleared the drain.

Does the job.
Works very well and certainly cleaned my drainage. My only criticism is that the hose is typically like the original Kärcher hoses in that it coils up easily and constantly required to untangle being fairly rigid. However laying it out in the sun for a while helps.10 meters is sufficient for most jobs. B Otherwise all good.

Clever and simple device to clean out the drains

Easy to use and self propelled
I had plans of feeding this through the P bend of my WC to unblock, but I was asking too much to go round the P of the toilet pan and then a right turn into the sewer. So I had to go a different way in. It was easy to feed into the sewer via the man hole, and the pressure was enough to make it propel itself into the sewer. However, after a short while, my pressure washer started to pulse on, then pulse off. I have no idea why as when I took the end off the pipe it came back on constantly, but as soon as I put the jet back on, it went back to pulsing, even though the jets look clear. In the end I used a different method to unblock the drain, as the length of this was not long enough to reach the blockage.

Worth every penny. So easy to use. Cleared a serious blockage very quickly.

better than expected - very useful
Took someone's advice here and connected spray head to the non re-inforced end of pipe - that makes it much more flexible for navigating junctions in pipes. I tried it on a drain pipe - it would happily get to gutter height on 3 storey building, difficult to navigate the last bends however. The spray head has one forward facing jet and three rear facing - so it literally pulls itself along pipe.Buy longer then you expect to need - I thought 15 m would be plenty, it wasn't. Take care not to kink or crush hose, its quite flexible so not robust.
