I'm quite impressed with CogniDHA. So many fish oils out there don't even tell you how much Omega3 is in them and many that do are still disappointing in purity. I like that this fish oil states clearly that it's 84% pure and that it's made in Germany (not China). It's really too bad that so many people don't research the imporance of triglyceride fish oils over the cheaper ethyl esters. EE omega 3 doesn't even exist in nature! It's also hard to find a good high-DHA omega 3 fish oil - even though research is pretty clear that DHA has a leg up on EPA for brain health.The experience of taking it is fine. I didn't experience any fishiness. I was surprised by how small the capsules were, considering how much omega 3 is in them! Great product, you won't regret it.

When you are looking for a top quality supplement it is so difficult because of all the marketing hype around on the internet. I eventually found that this product is the closest to actually eating fish - and non-polluted fish at that. The DHA/EPA ratio is the right way around (more DHA than EPA) and in its natural form - triglyceride. Most of the more processed ones I came across were esters with more EPA than DHA. Reasonably priced quality product.

According to "Adam Ruins Everything", fish-burps are caused by rancid fish oil, which also means that a fair amount of the omega-3 content is gone: on average about one-third loss across fish oil supplements. I haven't yet encountered a fish-burp with this product and I'm on my second batch.

We have been taking it since last year. It's believed it has high standard quality in terms of the ingredients and the special high technology to produce a more efficient response.

It's good and does what it says. Just need to be patient and give it a little time.

Really clean and refined and body ready. Well worth considering. The capsules are easy to swallow being slightly smaller than others, some of which are really quite large.

Product arrived very punctually. This is my first bottle of these fish oils so too early to say if they are effective.

I am completely surprised but I can really tell the difference between when I am taking this versus another fish oil supplement. I've been taking fish oil for a few years but I started taking this while struggling with recovery after West Nile Encephalitis which basically gave me a brain injury. I can tell the difference when I switch off of it onto other high quality fish oils so I keep coming back to it. I'm terrible about re ordering on time and my husband takes a more heart focused supplement so I take his in between. Wow what a difference... I can literally feel the brain fog set in after a few days off of it.I tried this on a whim several months ago not expecting much. It did meet the requirements of unpolluted fish oil in triglyceride form which the others I take meet too. The main difference seems to be the fish source and the much higher amount of DHA (versus EPA in the heart formulas). I would whole heartedly recommend trying this over other types of fish oil if you are healing from any kind of infectious or traumatic brain injury or dealing with depression. It's really been more effective for me than many of the prescriptions that I've tried with far fewer side effects. It is a bit more expensive per day than the other high quality fish oils but I'd gladly pay a little more for something that I can tell is working.I really can't come up with a "con" to this one. I haven't experienced side effects, it sits fine with my stomach just taking it with morning juice or a smoothie. And it's soy free which is something I look for in all my supplements. Win-win on this one as far as I'm concerned.

Best thing I have ever found, really. I have been taking two soft gels a day and have had to stop my blood pressure meds because the fish oil has lowered it naturally. It has also stopped my joint and muscle pain. I would not have believed anything would do that but after taking them for 3 weeks I can absolutely say I am totally sold on these. Not even a burp, either!!

All the latest research studies points to DHA being the best omega-3 for your brain. FINALLY someone got fish oil right. What I like about CogniDHA is how efficient it is. One bottle is a month's supply and since the oil inside is a really pure TG, they give a big dose in a small pill. This stuff is miles above the Chinese fish oils all over Amazon. I swear I can almost feel my brain breathe a sigh of relief an hour or two after I take my dose.

This is the best omega-3 oil I have used. I never get the 2nd time around fish burps that some fish oil has and CogniDHA helps me to focus better. I have been using it for months now and am very satisfied with it. It helps with inflammation too. I will be buying this again. Very high quality.

This product ckaims ho be hight DHA, AND IT IS. But they don't tell you the hole truth right up front. you have to take two pill to obtain the 775 that it claims to have. So don't think that you are getting 775 per pill. Other thing to consider is where this oil is coming from. This one cames from sheap sardines, anchovies and mackerrels. I personally like mines from tuna, which is by far a lot better fish.
