Great quality and exactly what I needed. I have an Alexa device connected to an extension lead with other devices connected to a smart plug in the bedroom. When I turn the smart plug off this base keeps the Alexa device on & when I turn on the smart plug it charges the base if it’s lost power! I have an Alexa device in every room but it’s handy to take this one into the bathroom if I’m having a shower and the bathroom has great acoustics if I want extra bass :D Amazon wouldn’t deliver these bases to Northern Ireland at first so I have been waiting patiently to order one! I love it and when the weather is better I can take it outside into the garden :D Charge is good and fast and it keeps its charge well. My Alexa device in the bedroom didn’t get much use as it had to power up every time and because I never really used it poor device had trouble understanding me but now it’s communicating well and is always ready to go! It’s as responsive now as the rest of the Alexa device family because of this base because it has its own power :D

Functionality: It did everything I wanted it to It looks very similar to the product that goes inside it Ease of use: very easy to use just as one button really for On and Off everything else works just make the Alexa Value for money: For the price and the function that it does, I thought it’s well worth the money Size: Size is very good it’s very compact. You can barely tell it’s there underneath your Alexa device. I bought this so I can take the Alexa into the garden without having to run power cables this powers your Alexa device and you can even charge your phone at the same time well thought out device

This unit is very well made and works well. It fits securely with the echo dot - needing a firm hand. It enables you to move the dot to anywhere without the need for mains (but must be in your modem's range). The only problem is that you do have to be very delicate with it if it is already turned on. You have to put it down very softly or it decides to stop playing whatever is on.

I bought these for two of my Echo Dots and one stopped working. The company were keen to help and quickly agreed to replace the faulty one. They are such useful devices and I was impressed at the care and speed of response shown by their customer service team.

Works well we can move the dot into our bathroom which doesn’t have a power socket. It fits the dot perfectly and colour matches great too we have a sort of duck egg bluey green colour. We do have to charge it each evening as throughout the day it goes down to 1 dot and that’s without playing music and stuff so it would have got 5 stars if the battery lasted longer. We bought it as a used I don’t think I would want to pay full price for it though as it doesn’t have a premium feel to it but hey it does the job.
