Hi, there is no built in speakers in PD705 sample pad, you will need to plug an amp or a set of headphones to hear the sounds.

Hi, you can download the WaveManager software from our website: www.hxw-music.com/en/ . If you have updated the firmware into V3.02, you would be able to load your own samples without the WaveManager software.
