Exactly what I needed without causing an arm and a leg like the other sellers. Great product at reasonable price. Provide clear instructions for the molding process. Put it into hot water for seconds. Do not boil the whole thing on stove top! I am using it together with a chin strap it's been helpful so far. No waking up with dry and sore throat.

I recently tried the Tranquillam Sleep Mouthpiece, and it was a huge disappointment. The mouthpiece was extremely uncomfortable to wear, causing more discomfort than relief. Despite following the instructions carefully, the mouthpiece never fit properly. It was either too tight, causing pain, or too loose, making it ineffective. The design seems flawed, as it didn’t align well with my teeth, leading to a frustrating experience.Ineffective and OverhypedThis product did not live up to its claims. It failed to improve my sleep quality. In fact, it made things worse by causing jaw pain and discomfort. The air hole design is poorly executed, often getting blocked and making it hard to breathe comfortably.Not Worth the MoneyOverall, the Tranquillam Sleep Mouthpiece is not worth the money. It promises a lot but delivers very little. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable sleep aid.

We tried it but they rejected our attempt and promised to send more putty but I have received nothing

I have been using this mouthguard for about a week now. I bought it to help with my sleep apnea until I get my professional guard. I have been pleasantly pleased with this one. I have a very small mouth and I was worried it would gag me, which it does not. I will be honest the bottom part doesn't always stay where it belongs. This is because I have had a lot of dental work done. I couldn't bite down hard enough to really make a good impression on the bottom. With that being said, it still has helped me sleep better, and I am not so tired during the day. I do know it has helped with my snoring. I am not waking myself up during the night. I have mild to moderate sleep apnea, and this has helped. For those of you who do not want to spend the money on a professional guard. I would say, "Absolutely try this one"... It is well made and not expensive at all. One man wrote a reminder, leave the white piece in the air holes while you heat it in the water, and while you are molding it to your mouth. Make sure your water is hot enough to be able to get a good impression when you bite down. I have written my honest opinion. I hope you also have good results. Many Blessings

I've tried several mouth pieces and the Tranquillam is by far the most comfortable. Easy to mold and a nice soft material that makes it easy to sleep with. Most seem to be quite large in the mouth and hard to get used to. Very pleased with this one.

I got this product to help with snoring as well as my tmj. I wouldn’t call this comfortable in the slightest. When following the directions exactly, my teeth barely made an indent when trying to mold it. That, combined with the weird tight curve made it super uncomfortable and bulky. In fact, it was so bulky that I couldn’t close my mouth, so it fell out while I was sleeping. Honestly, this was a waste of money. I was very hopeful with all the positive reviews, but I think I’ll just splurge and get a real custom mouth guard. You can get them for around $100 anyways.

After my dentist noticed signs of bruxism, he advised a sleep study and then a mouth guard made. Having no knowledge of sleep aid mouthpieces, I asked if I could simply buy one at the store. He said it would never fit right. I needed to pay him for a custom mouthpiece.After attempting another store bought one, I tried this brand out. I never had tried a customizable mouthpiece and I followed the video instructions exactly. On the first try (you can do 3), I was very pleased with how it formed perfectly to my teeth. I honestly didn't expect that good of a mouth fit.It feels comfortable and not as out of place as the others I tried.

Molds but not tight enough around your teeth. Tired to remold to have a tighter mold on my bottom teeth and the material didn't hold up to the "reheat". Waste of money and can't return.
