We use the pads, which we purchase in the large and medium sizes, the large we use under the sheets of the kiddies beds, which protect the matress, and the bedding in the event of sickness, or wetting.We use the matress protecting sheets too, but the pads properly absorb leakage, so you dont have to strip the whole bed until you want to.The pads are very good, and have proved their worth on many occasions when the kids have had billious attacks.The large pads are superb especially to lay on changing facilities when we are out, for toddlers.The medium pads are perfect for little babies, changing facilities when we are out.Even the cleanest venues can be less than desired, they dont all provide the paper protectors, we slip the pad into a plastic bag and store it in the nappy bag, so we know our little one can be changed cleanly and safely.If its a clean venue we reuse the pad again, if its not it is disposed of with the nappy.It hardly makes sense to sterilise and have as clean an environment in your own domain, then to lay a little child on something as contaminated as a public changing mat, for a few pence, the pads are a great protective barrier, but even then we check out the facilities, there are some grotty ones!The medium pads are great for use in the car seat, especially on long trips, we drape one over the childs seat and car seats which catch any spills and those times when the nappy leaks.Especially brilliant to line the car out when we know they are unwell, having had to decontaminate once, after a billious flow, you learn to prepare the area in advance next time.

We use these for our little one when changing her nappy. Perfect size and super absorbent of an accident occurs.Hugely cheaper than the official nappy pad versions and these are exactly the same.

Not as soft as they might be but good for using during baby changes and for lining salad drawer in fridge.

Love this! I use it on a top of a baby changing mat at home and take it with me whenever I go. Baby changing facilities outside are not always clean and this is great product to use their and bin it straight away after each use.
