What a wonderful easy product to use

This phone holder was completely useless to me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with a metal pop socket on the back. I don't think this is an incredibly heavy phone, but the weight of my phone kept pulling this vent clip off the car's vent fins, because the clip would not tighten or clamp properly on the vent. It was extremely frustrating trying to get it to latch on. My phone fell into the floor of my car every time I attempted to mount it to the vent. It stayed in place for about 30 seconds at the most, and then fell off into the floor of the passenger side of my car while I was driving. I tried to fish around for it while I was on the interstate, but had to leave my phone in the floor until I could safely pull over and retrieve it. This makes me think that this product could be potentially dangerous, if you're dead set on retrieving your phone while driving. This holder would not tighten or lock onto the vent fins tightly enough to hold my phone. It was past the return window, so this useless item went into the trash. It was a waste of money and time, trying to get it to work.

I really wasn't expecting the product to come with the packaging torn and looking like it had been returned and re-sold as new. It looks to be in like new condition, I'm glad it wasn't a gift coming with trashed packaging.

When I have a popsocket on my phone and I need quick directions this is very handy. I don't use it all the time because my phone is just to big to be propped up like that (I also have a smaller car) but it is very handy when I need it.

I really liked this when I first bought it. It held up my iPhone Pro perfectly. However, after about 3 months, the part that slides onto the vent became stretch out, and it started to fall off whenever I tried to use it For the price, I might buy this again if I needed it for a vacation, but I am hoping I can find a better long term alternative.

Love this thing! Holds my phone going over bumps! It clips to your vent so make sure to turn that vent off running your heat so you dont kill your phone.
