Product is fine does what it is supposed to do but the ring binders themselves were all slightly damaged which is annoying. Unless you can persuade couriers to handle the boxes with more care then they need to be packaged better with some padding inside the box around the product.

Good looking lever arch files however out of box of 10, 4 had misaligned levers making it difficult to move paperwork around in the file without manipulating the levers into alignment after file opened/closed.

I've bought these many times and have always found them to be of reasonable quality. The last delivery I've had were damaged as both the inner and outer box were damaged. Poor service Amazon.Update - Spoke with Amazon live chat and they immediately refunded me. Normal service has been resumed!

I am happy with these. Time will tell how well the lever arch mechanism (which seems to be the bit that goes first on such files) stands up to wear - but my first impression is that the the files are sturdy

Have ordered these on several occasions as they are well built and sturdy files. Would order again as love the quality. I haven't had any with the ring pulls that overlap which is so annoying on other cheaper files

Good lever arch folder. Arrived out of shape but managed to short them.
