Bought as a present for my daughter's friend. She loved it! In fact she has drawn everything from the book. Really easy to follow and a whole host of designs to try. Now my daughter wants one, so comes recommended by an 9 year old!

Fun book!

This is a good stocking filler. It is a paperback book and a good start to drawing kawaii. My 11 year old loved it

Love it :-D despite being older it's been useful for projects.

There are soe cute characters in here, but also a fair amount of less interesting stuff. The concept of basing the drawings on a letter or number seems silly to me, and not really helpful. I bought volume two first, and was disappointed with this one in comparison. The style and "cuteness" of the characters is simply much better in the second book.

9 year old daughter loves this book and has learned to draw lots of the characters

Very basic, no much space to practice. My daughter started well but soon got bored as she could just fit 1 drawing in the space available.

The guidelines are really easy to use. I will help find something fun to do for kids during a long winter afternoon.

Perfect for all ages!! The characters are so cute and after you’re done you have the know-how to start creating your own cute characters! I have this to my 5 year old and the instructions were easy to follow.
