SMALLRIG DSLR Camera Cage for Small-sized Cameras Canon EOS 600D, EOS M, Panasonic GH2, Nikon D3200-1658

Anyone that enjoys cameras knows Smallrig deliver decent quality kit. I wanted this rig specifically because i wanted to mount two arca swiss plates on the camera. One under it for general tripod use and one above it so i could put it in my top down setup without having the monitor reversed.This did exactly what i needed in that respect.My only reservation was the hot shoe mount as the screws are a dangerously long so if you over tightened then you could damage the hotshoe. Indeed i found that over time i noticed a voltage getting into the smallrig cage which i think comes from the hotshoe. Just be careful and it is fine though. All in all great purchase!!

Really nice bit of kit, is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for with the build quality.Would recommend!

Really good solid half cage. Works great when I need to use it on my Crane 2 gimbal so I can attach some accessories.

Sturdy and well bulit for the price fits well with Canon 600D and Canon EOS M although the battery department does not open fully with EOS M.

Very impressed with strength, build and functionality
