This item was bought to replace a much loved and well used vintage turner. This item does not disappoint. It is both firm enough and flexible enough, and seems well made to last for many years to come. I fully expect it to outlast me. Very pleased

The edges have been polished so the turner will not scratch pans. I bought this for use with my cast-iron skillet but am using the turner with stainless steel and teflon frying-pans. It will slide under stuff without damaging a PTFE teflon coating. An all-round top-drawer cooking implement . . . buy one !

Also bought this for use on a Netherton Foundry cast iron frying pan. It doesn't scratch, it's flexible (and well shaped) enough to get under stuff, and stiff enough to scrape off anything which does stick. I use it as an all rounder on my pan, not just for pancakes.

Sturdy, flat, stiff. Has well-machined and polished edges that don't bite into the pan. Perfect for stainless steel and cast iron pans. Feels great in the hand, excellent size, and holds up to a thousand runs through the dishwasher.

Maravillosa y práctica por su yamaño

Es una espátula, pero mola mucho. Con los sartenes que tengo es perfecta. Tamaño justo y encuentra muy bien el punto con los huevos en el sartén fundido para hacerlos despegar.
