Highly convenient, easy to swallow, help me to get more out of everything that I take
I took these specifically to help in the absorption of other supplements that I take and I do definitely feel that I am getting more of an effect from those other supplements since taking them with this black pepper product. The flavour is non existent which is a good thing, the tablets are really small so pose no issues when swallowing them and as to the heading of ‘pain relief’ I can’t comment as I haven’t taken them for that purpose. I can’t say for sure that the tablets do anything other than help in the absorption and thus potential for benefits of other supplements as I only took them for this reason and take them along with many other supplements so any good benefits could be attributable to those but I’m happy with these and the company is a friendly one selling this for a very good price.

Enhance the effect of other supplements.
I have a few Oxford Vitality supplements and am happy with them. I've even grown to like the zip lock pouches they come in.These pepper tablets are slightly unusual in that if you are slow to swallow them they start dissolving and breaking up. Not a problem unless you really dislike the taste of pepper! You could probably add one of these pills to a sauce when cooking, as an alternative to grinding pepper.I bought to enhance turmeric, and quercetin.

Helps make other herbal supplements more effective
Tiny little tablets but one of all you need.I knew that black pepper increased absorption and effectiveness of turmeric but it seems it can also help other herbs as well. Certainly no harm in taking it with any other herbals. One tablet is all it takes.

Good value black pepper extract and source of bioperine
This is good value as it is marketed as black pepper extract and not the trademarked bioperine which is exactly the same thing. Although beneficial in its own right it is usually sold with turmeric, I take it to help the uptake of other supplements to help absorption and increase their effectiveness.

Was going to wait longer until I reviewed, but as I keep getting requests to do so, I'll say this -The tablets were bought to help with digestion issues. They seem to be assisting.

Hope there as good as people
Can’t really give a full review as this is the first time I’ve bought Black Pepper supplements, I bought these on recommendation to add to Turmeric capsules that my wife takes . She was on chemotherapy last year finishing in November. I read an article about the benefits of Turmeric so she starting taking them so have now added black pepper as well . Hope there as good as people say
