Great customer service and product
Had a problem with fulfillment through Amazon, but Rockpals customer service took care of it promptly. The panel is working great. Looking forward many uses in a variety of settings. I will definitely be making other purchases from Rockpals as I expand my solar usage.

Nice panel, but ordered two and second was used and damaged from being dropped.
I am giving both the panels i purchased one star reviews even though i like the first panel. The second panel i bought is used and damaged. Amazon did not offer me item replacement and the item has since gone up in price. Like i said good panel, but i want both new panels, not one new and one used damaged panel. I am sure you can understand my discontent. Why quality control would not notice dirt and scruffs on the panels....this is not a new item. I do not want a used damaged item. I leave this up to you to make it right.I managed to get the panels replaced but not because they offered me item replacement. I had to just outright buy another panel. Guess that's ok if you don't mind spending money. Panels need to be packed better, Added stars back to review until i can further review these panels.

Could use more support legs
One star off as the unit only has a support leg on the end panels of a four panel array. They do include a third Velcro attached leg in the pouch to support the middle but it would have been nice if there was a leg on the back of each panel for stability. In hazy winter sun (mid January) it started charging my Bluetti EB55 at 148 watts, which dropped to 118 watts once the panels heated up. On USB-C it charged my cell phone at about 2.5 amps.Good construction quality and the four connector octopus cable is great. Plenty of room in the attached pouch for storing additional cables. Will have to retest in summer to see what the full output is.

Great solar panels!
After watching many youtube reviews, I ordered two of these panels during a flash sale! These are high quality excellent performing solar panels as well as being affordable. I look forward to using these for years to come. I own 12 power stations of varied watt hours and several portable solar panels. I wish i had enough time to buy two more but i ran out of time for the sale price! Lol Do yourself a favor and save some $ at the same time. Thank you rockpals!

Stopped working after a year
Panels worked well at first, but after a year the panels have stopped working. Only got 4 or 5 uses out of it in total.

Good customer service- poor quality product
Update after 3 months use- These solar panels are poor quality overall. Especially the inside wires that were used. Good customer service. They stand behind their products and will work with their customers to resolve any issues. THEY WILL NOT LAST if you use them daily. The wires inside the joints break after opening and closing more than about 60-70 times. 4 out of 4 that I have used did the same thing. Even the one the company sent as a replacement. I would like a complete refund as these are all useless

So far, so good
Rockpals 200 watt foldable panels. I set them up with my DIY battery box, slightly overcast, and got 135 watts, I think that's good for the conditions. I'll try again on a clear day. I had to make an adapter for my system (Anderson to SAE) but that was no big deal. They're heavier than I expected, spec is 22lbs, but feel a bit heavier. I camp in the desert, in the summer, these should keep my beer cold! I have 100 watt super compact foldable panels that need constant positioning to keep the battery charged and the fridge running.

Not happy with output
I really wanted to like this product after reading and watching many reviews. In terms of size, portability and ease of setup I like the panels. I do have an issue with the middle leg. It almost seems to me like the velcro was put on backwards as the strap is short and pulls the velcro off when you try to reduce the angle of the solar panels. The issue I have is with the output. In perfect conditions in sunny Florida I can not get this panel much over 120W. I hoped I'd be able to get around 170W. I reached out to support and they told to only expect 60% to 80% of the rated output. Since I'm barely scraping by in optimal conditions they won't do anything. So now I'll need to buy a second solar panel (not this brand) to get myself closer to where I need to be to charge my solar generator in a decent amount of time.

Full sun, only 85w of power on a 200w panel
The design is decent. It’s quite heavy but still portable. But I’ve never managed to get more than 150w. Now after only a month of use, it’s maxing out at 85w. Would not buy this again.
