This is such a lovely looking loo roll holder, very sturdy. There is one design flaw with it as others have mentioned The bar supporting the toilet roll is too long! I will keep it but why did they design it with such a long bar... are toilet rolls longer in other countries? Lost a star due to the length of the bar it's a too long.

Was quite pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product for its price, it came well packaged and with all the necessary items to fit it.The polished chrome was equal to that of products quite a lot more expensive.Would definitely use this product supplier again!

My concerns materialised. Once you add the magic ingredient... A toilet roll the issue becomes clear... The bar supporting the toilet roll is too long... The toilet roll moves too easily back and forth along the bar holding it and can fall off... Whilst it looks good it is not a good design. I bought three and will persevere but sense my initial concerns will prevail and I will end up losing patience and having to replace them, very well made and bracket form is well engineered... Just a shame that the quango that designed it didn't apparently actually test it in use... As is so often the case with good looking inventions!

Nicest looking loo roll holder I’ve seen! Husband took about 5 mins to assemble/put up, so very easy and love how no screws show anywhere.

This is a quality item at a value for money price - so good we bought a second for the downstairs toiletBefore fitting I recommend you tighten the two hex head screws that hold the arm to the back plate. You will need an M3 hex key. They can be done up very tight without fear of stripping the thread. Failure to do this will result in the arm working lose over a short period of time and needing to be corrected. Once tightened - no problem.They do come with a small hex key to tighten the back plate to the two wall small plates.Very pleased with the item - it looks good and works well and is thoroughly recommended.
