Before i even try and explain if this is worth the $500 price tagOne thing every consumers needs to know before buying this particular version of the Xbox OneIf you do NOT have a Ultra HD tv/4K tv save your cash do Not buy this.......This is pretty much Microsoft version of the XBox One ProIt's main selling point is 4K contentsave your money for a 4k tv then after the Holiday hype/push get this Console when you have a 4K tv and it's given a proper SRPSome gamers are being extremely dishonest and saying you don't need a 4k tv to enjoy this version of the XBox OneIt's ideal for a 4k tv/monitorThis is the fourth Xbox One I've bought in less then 4 years which is crazyI'll openly admit as a consumer I've been a "mark" plenty of times this generationBut, to be fair this generation has been horrible all around between Console Companies, shady developers, "crowdfunded games", and the Toxic Internet trolls each one of us have made this generation really average in general and help make the gaming industry worse in the long run!The XBox One S should have been the real first version of the XBox One released in 2013 But, MS made a number of huge missteps and let the Internet dictate there "Brand"The last 4 years have been anti-climatic to say the least on every platformWith the internet having a lot more damaged then good for all consumersAll gamers should be on the same page But, it's not that way everyone is to busy fighting over Frames Per second, or picture resolutionBrand loyalty should go so farFast Forward to November 7th 2017 and you have the One X aka XBox One 4k ProThis is for now the most powerful console until the next Generation begins (2-3years from now)Is it worth the somewhat high SRPYes and NoCons:You should have a Ultra HD tv this system is built around 4KIf you have a 1080p HD tv stick with the Xbox One or XBox One SIt's a massive waste of money to own this now if you don't have the tv it's made forHave a middle of road Home Theaterwith two different audio choices in digital optical and HDMI AudioYou should have a Home Theater set-upPlaying some of these game with DTS sound or Higher enhances the experience 10xalmost 1/2 the games during this generation have better pure audio then some of the biggest summer movie block bustersThe HDMI Cable is cheap much like the cable that was bundled with the XBox One SYou'll need a 4K High-Speed HDMI as of late they are dirt cheap at the most you should spend $20 on a replacement CableYou'll need a 4k High-Speed HDMI cable to get the most out of your console and tv1TB might sound like a lot it's notMake sure you have at least one 4-5tb external Hard DriveThe 4k Patches are insanely hugeThe Quantum Break 4K enhanced patch is almost 200GBTitanfall 2 68.7GB,Wolfenstein 2 51.5BG,The Evil Within 2 29.7GB,Tekken 7 43GB,Rise of the Tomb Raider 30.5GB,Mass Effect: Andromenda 45.5GB,Mafia III 50.2GB,L.A. (The game is only featured in some of the tv adds due to the amounts of units the game sold) as amazing as that game truly is it's also supper overrated and not for casual gamersEvery other enhanced/4k patch truly cranks every game to 15Rise of The Tomb Raider,Quantum Break,Mafia 3,Injustice 2,The Evil Within 2Bulletstorm: Full Clip EditionAll become Super high end 4k games that are stunning....... These 6 games are also not being pushed/mentioned as 4k titles which is a real shameThe XBox One version of BioShock Infinite also looks jaw-dropping (It could pass as a high end PC Port) with much better sound since most PC elitist don't even have any type of real home theater sound hooked-up to there gaming rigThis console is a solid price (You'd have to drop 4x's this amount for a High End PC that does what the One X can doand PC's can have many more issues between problem installing the discTo viruses on your PC'sGaming Consoles are not known for getting any type of virusesIt's a solid home gaming console if you have a 4K tv and like MS exclusives 9.2/10Microsoft exclusives have been mostly very good But, MS has done a horrible job promoting anything unless it's Halo, Gears of War, and ForzaWhile legit HQ titles like Sunset Overdrive, Quantum Break, Re-Core, and Super Lucky's Tale are all treated like the red headed stepchild

What a beautiful console. I have ran tests in a few games. From backward compatible games to recent released games to some pretty ages games. All on the enhancement settings not in 4K setting but it won’t make a difference to be honest. For a game like The division this game is a beauty. On the Xbox one X I have done load time tests and saw that the loading times have increased 2-3 times faster then the original Xbox one from 2013. From being 26-30 seconds on the original between each and every load to 12-19 seconds on the Xbox one X which varies depending what you are doing ( in the main menu when entering into the game is the longest times while fast traveling is the shorter times ). This also speaks for a game like mass effect andromeda which if you original Xbox one player should ever played the load times on the main menu to the doors when your traveling around takes forever to open or load up but with the Xbox one x the load times are such a significant increase in load times. When walking around the ship in mass effect andromeda the doors usually open before you even step near it orrrr it will open instantly when next to the door which in the original Xbox one it was so tedious to wait for those freakin doors to load up and open so you can enter the next room. And when your game loads up on the main menu ? I would say it’s close to being cut in half. In games like borderlands 2 and the pre sequel I never tested it on the original Xbox one but I’ve entered the game through the main menu and it took literally about 6-7 seconds. Fast traveling for some reason was 9-10 but that is deff fast ! In CPU heavy Games or even just very tough performing Games the Xbox one X dominates the market by cutting the load times by almost half of not half compared to the PlayStation pro which is quite insane. And that’s after the patch the Bethesda brought to the console. Before it was even faster. Over all in all my games I have seen significant improvements whether it’s framerate or even load times and in game quality. And that’s with the including 1 TB hard drive ? Amazing. On the new game pubg this thing is a beauty. Now it’s does almost locked 30fps in 4K which for pubg is completely unbelievable for a 500$ piece of technology. No crashes, little rubber banding in the beginning of games everybody now and then and such smooth gameplay compared to the original Xbox one and even the one S. All games will be improved in such significant ways compared to the one S and the original Xbox one. I have 13 games installed right now. Borderlands the pre sequel, call of duty black ops 3, call of duty infinite warfare, fallout 3, fallout 4 ( including the far harbor and nuka world dlc downloaded ), forza Motorsport 7 demo, halo 5, L.A noire, mass effect andromeda, pubg, record definitive edition, skate 3 and, Tom Clancy’s the division and have 315.3 GB of storage left. And this is with all the patches installed for the 4K/enhancements. The only downside in my opinion would be the fact that when setting up the console for something reason it takes about 280 GB away for idk what reason so you actually start off with 720 GB or so I believe I started with 718 to Ben exact. But honestly it’s worth 500$. No and I mean no other piece of gaming and video streaming tech can compare to a console like this. The enhancements and improvements with this compared to the PlayStation 4 pro is literally night and day. And a 500$ pc cannot compare this thing blows it out of the water. I haven’t also experience any issues at all it’s the best experience. Also you will be saving a lot of space cause this thing is literally small as hell ! The thing that’s blew me away also is the fact that this thing isn’t such a powerful console with some top notch tech yet it’s almost soundless. It’s really quite ! It’s deff worth it for 500$. I really hope everyone could get this to experience true top notch gaming and fun.
