It's both sparky and pluggy.
It works. I really don't know what more I can say. Spark plugs all work well when they're new and if they fail, it's usually because of the condition of the engine that they're in, rather than the spark plug itself. The spark plug seems fine after a full day of running in a petrol strimmer.
