After I received I was start using .The first minute I fined this very small and very bad burner .I was try next day to return .Amazon website : No return.My first experience purchased from Amazon was totally wrong.

The media could not be loaded. Occasionally I want to heat something in a pot while I'm cooking on the grill, so I ordered this LPG burner kit. The kit comes with a 4 foot hose, regulator, Type 1 propane tank fitting to hook up to your LPG cylinder, and a threaded fitting that mates to the flow valve that's attached to the burner - all these components are well made, fit cleanly and work well with no apparent leaks or fitting issues. The burner appears to be made of cast iron, which attaches to a spot welded, steel burner platform via two screws. When assembled and set up, the burner works well and delivers a fair amount of heat, adjustable from the flow valve attached to the burner. Even though the product works well, I subtracted a couple of stars for these reasons: My unit arrived with no assembly instructions. It was easy to figure out how to assemble the unit just by looking at the photos on the Amazon page, but there were lots of leftover fasteners which had me questioning whether I'd missed something. The burner platform needed to be bent slightly where the cast iron burner attaches because one of the burner attachment points was welded crookedly - no big issue, just a bit of sloppy QC on the part of the manufacturer. The burner platform is made of relatively thin steel that is only spot-welded; it's adequate, but I wouldn't expect lots of years of service due to corrosion. Additionally, the burner platform was not designed to block the wind; in my tests, I could blow out the burners easier than blowing out the candles out on a birthday cake. This came in a fairly light cardboard box, not really even trying to protect it.There were no instructions.Some screws needed an offset screwdriver, as otherwise there would be no practical method to tighten several screws that had no clearance to access them with regular screwdrivers, even a “stubby”.There was chipped paint, & the burner had to be fitted into the frame by doing some creative bending.The bottom line is it functions, and what I wanted it for was to put it into an emergency kit, in case we had a hurricane situation or some other issue that required we leave our home.There are other similar units out there, and this wasn’t inexpensive, at $49.99 list price when I ordered it. Considering it’s just a simple frame that a simple burner sits into, then a simple hose & valve, this should have been well engineered to go together seamlessly for the price. Not having instructions isn’t too problematic as there really isn’t anyway you could put it together except the way it does go together, although the gas valve may appear to be “naked” — it’s just an open hole, without instructions you are left wondering if a part is missing.For the price, I’d look around, but this “works” if you just can’t find anything else.

I have an electric stove in my kitchen and there are so many times I wish I could switch to a gas stove. This product is exactly what I need instead of making that huge investment ! This is a much easier and cheaper alternative. Another benefit of this gas burner stove is that it's portable. I can use it anywhere I so desire. It's very heavy duty and iron. It's not flimsy at all. I can get so many uses out of this and it will last me a lifetime. I am real happy and satisfied with this. If there is ever an extended power outage,, I will definitely have this as my backup. So glad I got this and hope this was helpful.

I got this for the truck driver in the family. It is a nice heavy iron material and will last a long time the welds are good . It is the perfect one burner propane stove to take in the big truck and when stopped can connect to a propane bottle and cook up a fresh meal instead of all that fast food. The gas hose and adapter to connect for the propane are included and easy to attach. We also like the control knob to be able to control how high or low you need your flame.

This unit should be removed from the market. The flare union that connects the hose to the unit came off while in use. I was lucky to be right there when the unit caught on fire. I didn't know what happened and is impossible not to panic for few seconds when you see flames engulfing around. Turning off the valve on the propane bottle solved the problem. Now giving the benefit of the doubt, someone might argue that I over tighten the flare union and stripped the threads. But considering that I've done in the past hundreds of copper and stainless steel flaring and union connections without any issues, I incline to believe that the unit is of poor quality. This presents a dangerous situation, and if you have to live the unit unattended for few minutes (like going to washroom for example) could result in catastrophic situations.

There is very little I dislike about this product, it performs very well. Very accurate flame control, from super tiny flames all the way up to flame that will engulf smaller pots. I’ve made everything from gently fried cheddar Cheese to baked bread to camp style popcorn. It should be described as an angle iron stand with a cast iron burner, but despite the very inaccurate description I am very happy with it.

THIS PRODUCT IS UNSAFE: 1) the valve does not fit the opening; 2) there are too many holes that make this device dangerous to use; 3) the holes are along the device that gets connected to the gas hose and so when you open the gas tank, the end that is attached to the burner can get flames and suddenly burst the whole tank of gas!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER; THEY DONT REFUND!!

The description is misleading. The material is not cast iron, only the burner is. The stand and main body is a painted metal and the paint will burn off leading to a rusted stand. The fine print says it is returnable only if it arrives damaged. False description doesn't count.
