Lovely
Using a Chinese Tilting Tea pot with inbuilt strainer in it and proper temp water it has many stages of flavor.I'm still in early days for my 'green' teas but this is lovely light, clean taste, third to fifth 'wash' had a more 'zingy' 'meaty'? Flavor🤔😂I like it a lot.My Tea pet, a Bunny called Dave loved it too. 🤣

My favourite white tea
If you aren't familiar with white tea it is considered the healthiest of teas as it has higher antioxidant levels than even green tea and less caffeine (see the comments for some figures). Its taste is very mild. Personally I like it but I could imagine that some people would find it too much like drinking hot water.I have tried several of the white teas on Amazon. This one is my favourite as it has a fuller flavour than the others. I noticed the difference as soon as I opened the pack and caught the rich fragrance which other white teas don't have. Some of that carries through into the taste of the drink. (But let's not get excited - it still doesn't taste all that different from hot water). One piece of advice. You are supposed to make white tea with water at 85C. I actually tested this with a thermometer and was surprised at how quickly water cools. Don't turn off the kettle before it boils or leave it to cool. If you boil the kettle and pour it straight into the cup from a height of 6-10" it will be plenty cool enough by the time it hits the tea leaves. If you use water that is too cool your tea will taste very much like water.

It smells like there is some green tea there
It smells like there is some green tea there. I've had a fantastic white tea before and this was not up to the level. On the other side it's quite a good deal for the price they sell it so no complaints.

Very nice tea but lacking in flavour.
Flavour is not as strong as I expected. Value for money is a little less than I would have liked. Freshness is excellent. I am using 3 grams rather than the 2 grams suggested. This is due to the lack of flavour even though I know it is a mild tea.

Great for kombucha
Some of the finest white-tipped tea I've tasted in a good long while. I make kombucha on a regular basis and this is the best stuff for getting a really clear and wonderful taste.

Totally bland, no taste at all.
Sadly a tasteless silver needs tea. Could be drinking hot water. I’ve had many silver needle teas, I drink them every day. This is by far the most bland I have tasted. Tealyra actually do another Silver Needle from Yunan Provence which is delicious.

Sweet and delicate white tea
I drink a lot of tea and I've always had a love affair with white tea. It's rare to find the perfect white that isn't bitter and that remains rich in taste. This one does it for me. It's perfect for a mid-morning break or an evening cuppa after a meal.
