It is long and wide enough for my two external monitors and one laptop. It is sturdy and easy to fold and unfold. No assembly required. No damage at all when I received it; it was well packed with plastic covers at all four corners and came in a box. It was heavier than I had expected, but still something I could carry (but not with ease) across the hallway when it arrived (I am female and have a small frame). I expected to be disappointed given the price and some reviews but this turned out to be a very good purchase.

I’m always a bit nervous about buying furniture over the Internet but this was so much better than I anticipated. I’ve been working at a small dressing table for the past year, refusing to admit that lockdown was going to last for any length of time. Nearly 14 months on and with things finally easing, I finally caved in as it looks like I’ll be working from home for a good portion of the week going forwards. I’m clearly not nan early adopter!I bought this as I liked the idea that I could collapse the desk and store under the bed if we needed to reclaim the spare room for guests.I was so impressed with what I received. I thought it would arrive in multiple pieces and I’d be wrestling with it for at least half a day. I literally lifted it out of the box, flipped the legs down and was good to go. Really sturdy and a comfortable height and width. I love it. Glad I took the risk and it’s been one of my best purchases for a while.

A very sturdy desk. If anything, I would say over-engineered. It can take a fair amount of weight. Consequently it is quite heavy, and is chunky when folded. The springs on the leg mechanism are strong and the legs lock rigidly, for minimal wobble when set up. Possibly watch out for trapped fingers when putting it away.The box steel construction that the surface is screwed to, has some bare holes on the underside, that aren't super smooth. There weren't any burrs that would cut you though.The desk surface is smooth, flat and seems fairly resilient. Using a computer mouse on it directly is not a problem. I don't think it would easily dent, but I think it could get scratched or scuffed by metal objects.No assembly is required. They also provide a couple of spares of the plastic feet.Overall, I am happy to recommend it as a robust temporary table. I have separately bought two of them.

Had no problems with assembling and no problems using the desk. It’s large and sturdy and I like the wooden design. The only disappointment was how badly chipped one corner of the desk was upon arrival - the box had been packed well with foam and yet somehow this corner looked like it had been properly smashed in. I suspect the desk was already damaged before it was shipped. I’ve chosen to keep it because I can still work fine on it despite the cosmetic issue and honestly returning would be a bit of a faff.

For the money this table is a great buy. Very sturdy and easy to put up/down when not is use. I wanted something I could use as a desk, sewing table and extension to dining table (when needed) and this covers all bases. Enough room for laptop and second screen plus paperwork and good size for sewing / craft projects. Love that it can be folded away and fits under single bed easily. Easily one of my best buys this year!

This table is great, neat and tidy, right up my street. Easy to fold away under my stairs at the weekend when I am not working. Its very sturdy and you dont need a mouse matt, its mouse freindly which is amazing. I tend to eat my breakfast, lunch and a million hot cups of mint and green tea and I dont use a place mat this table is very durable. Very easy to clean too. I have had this table since October and it still looks new, and its white. This desk is untouchable its amazing I LOVE IT, BEST BUY WORKING FROM HOME! :-)

I bought this as a temporary work desk while I'm in the UK for a few weeks, but it's been so useful and is of such good quality that I'll likely pack it in the container I'm sending to Australia when I return home. After 6 weeks of use I'm still completely happy with it, I have found no faults, and in it's own basic way it's unfussily attractive. I'd certainly buy it again if needed, and would buy Need products again.

The desk arrived 2 days after ordering it, as planned. It's a lovely little desk. We use our spare room as a gym so we don't have much space but I now need to use it as a home office, too. This little desk is perfect. I use it only with a laptop but you could easily have a second monitor on it, it's both big enough and sturdy enough. It's also quite light and easy to fold down, meaning I can move it out of the room when we need the gym and then move it back in to continue working. A perfect solution for us.
