how much do videos taken in 5.7K weigh on average? and which memory card do you recommend?

Sandisk extreme Pro 128GB. Size depends on what you’re shouting and how but on average 1min of reframed 360 5.7k video is 1000mb. 360 video is 2 lens clips stitched together and you get 3 files for each. A low res clip and one for each camera that insta studio app use both to create a 360 vid clip. You can delete either if you don’t want 360 or keep the 2x high res lens clips and delete the LRV(low res video file) to save disk storage space. You can also use it as an action cam etc though that only uses one lens so file sizes are smaller. I shoot, trim the ends immediately and then file them on a Sandisk extreme 1tb hard drive and keep the ones I’m working on at the moment on my MacBook Pro.
