Abdominal Sit Up Pad with Contoured Design

Sit-ups have always hurt my tailbone. I ordered this hoping it would make sit-ups (and leg raises) a bit easier on me, and it works wonders! I used this baby to train my abs for a bodybuilding show, and it was unbelievably helpful. The quality for the price is unbeatable!

Works as it should. Decent material will update after some time.

I was looking for a little more support for when I do exercises on the floor, it’s a little high and almost better off using my hands to support my lower back. It is good for stretching however

I wanted an abmat with a clean & simple design and this turned out to be a great option. It is durable with the right proportions and it was less expensive than the mainstream brand on the market. Great addition to the home gym.

Stock photo is misleading. It is not a neutral black. There is branding on the side. I only bought this because it was supposed to be all black. these are great to put on a bench press to help you maintain your arch.

It really makes a difference when doing seat ups, supports your lower back, there is less chances of straining your back, it is great quality, firm and comfortable.
