I now have 4 diffusers, one for each gas ring. I find them very useful and would recommend.

Very useful and practical way to provide an even spread of heat over a gas flame.

I like it because it really does what it’s supposed to do to keep the food at a simmer. It stains very easily and can look unsightly but it still works well. I pop it in the sink to wash it and then pop it on the gas to dry. Simple

Essential for a gas hob, does what it says on the tin. Good quality.

I bought this as a like-for-like replacement - the previous one lasted over 5 years, it eventually rusted. It will warp a little on a gas hob, because of the iron bars of the hob, but that doesn't stop it working. It's fine for pans up to 25cm.

It does the job it's supposed to, keeps things simmering nicely
