So easy to clean
Great roasting pan! It’s big and heavy. Day one I filled it up with chicken wings and roasted them for an hour. The pan sat out for a good hour, I cleaned it in about 45 seconds. Hexclad makes great stuff!

This pan is superb. Expensive but worth it.
I like its weight and size and of course its non-stick features. It works superbly. The design is excellent and totally fit for purpose. The only negative the size makes it a little difficult to store.

Very expensive for good reason
The media could not be loaded. My wife had just purchased what appeared to be an excellent roasting pan. It was heavy and had excellent handles. We assumed that it would do the job as well any pan could. So she cooked a ham in it. The ham stuck to the pan. The bottom of the pan had burnt matter and a thin ugly stain covering the entire surface. I attempted to clean the pan. With lots of effort I was able to get most (but not all) of the burnt stuff off. The stain, however, was highly resistant. Finally I poured a very powerful cleaner in that pan, set it on stove top burners, and when it was bubbling I attacked it with a plastic scraper. Vigorous scraping began to remove the light stain in small flakes but very slowly. I realized that at this rate I had several hours more cleaning ahead of me using this "heroic" and very tiring method before I'd get most of the stain off. That's when I came to the conclusion that the pan was headed for the trash. There had to be a better one available somewhere in the world.Since I already owned a Hexclad frying pan, I checked to see if Hexclad made a roasting pan. They did. After looking on Amazon I saw that the Hexclad roasting pan was the most expensive by a long shot of all such pans listed. But I figured there must be good reason for the price and ordered it.Last night my wife cooked a pork loin along with potatoes, cabbage, and carrots. She said that they came out perfect. The meat was tender, seared but not burnt. The vegetables came out just right carmelized on the bottoms. It was the most perfect roasting she had ever experienced. Plus, she just plain loves the look of the pan.Now for clean up. Please watch the video and you will see that it was easy peasy. One light swipe with a Dobie pad removed 95% of everything. One more swipe with a few seconds of swirling removed three small spots of burnt on meat. That was it. It was perfectly clean. Couldn't have been any easier. If you're tired of pans that burn food and leave behind hardened, ugly stains that can never be removed even with vigorous scrubbing, this is the pan for you. Not only will you not regret the money spent, you will be delighted at the permanent beauty of the pan.

Love this
I’m a huge fan of Hexclad cookware. I bought this roasting pan to cook the Thanksgiving turkey this year, and it worked great! I generally need to cook at least a 20 lb turkey for my large family. This year it was a 24 lb turkey, and it had no problem fitting in the pan. I bought a large set of Hexclad pots and pans a couple years ago, but I hadn’t pulled the trigger on some of the more specialized cookware until 2024. It’s a little pricey, but in the end I think it’s worth it. The roasting pan is well made and easy to clean compared to other pans. I plan to use this roasting pan for many years to come, and I would definitely recommend this pan and other Hexclad cookware to anyone.

Wonderful roasting pan
I have a set of hex clad cook wear. It is the best pot and pans I have ever owned. Mine are over a year old and used heavily. I have wanted this roast pan and finally bought during prime days. I love it. Works just like my full set of pot and pans i have from hex clad. Already made a pork roast and turned out marvelous. I'm have also used to make eggplant parmesan and it was so easy to serve and clean. I know hex clad are a bit pricey but you are getting much more than you are paying for. Their products are well worth the cost. I would recommend this to everyone and will keep on purchasing other hex clad products.

Bought this hex clad pan for bigger meals. 19" by 14" and 3 inches deep. Has a roasting rack, will easily roast a turkey. Down fall is no lid. Very well built, easy cleanup. Guaranteed for life.
