The suspension system is garbage
I've tried to contact the manufacturer about how to buy a new suspension system for the hat since it is only held with two little plastic nubs that quickly break. Their email address doesn't work and no one answers the phone.If you're looking for safety. But something else.

Light weight but headband broke first use
The hard hat is lightweight and well ventilated. It felt good on my head. However the headband broke the first time I wore it. The small tabs that were supposed to hold the ratchet section in place did not lock in and one of them broke off making the hat un-wearable.
