Great tasting coffee
I have purchased this coffee a few times now and will likely continue to order. I tried the whole bean this time so I could grind it myself to have a fresh taste each time I make coffee and I like the flavor and the fresh coffee aroma. It's not an overly bold blend which I prefer for my coffee so it does seem to be a true medium roast. It does have the USDA Organic sticker so that is hopefully helping to avoid pesticide residues.

Clean from heavy metals and tastes great!
Consistently very good organic coffee. Smooth and doesn't have that burnt taste like some companies. Comparable prices of my other local brands that unfortunately haven't been tested for toxins. Also leaves no aftereffects with digestion.

Could no longer get the Mocha Java from my coffee company. Found this on Amazon. Wow...just tried it, wonderful! Just ordered another 2 pounds. New favorite!

Not bad.
If this wasn't organic, I would have given it only 3 stars. Beans don't look oily/shiny at all. Pre-brew aroma isn't that noticeable. Bag has no rigid wire on top for re-closing. Post-brew (via Aeropress) aroma also isn't that noticeable. There was floating sediment during the stirring step of Aeropressing - a first ever for me (what's that floaty stuff?). Taste isn't bad at all for a medium roast. You shan't be disappointed. Will I buy again? No. Even Target's Archer Farms brand (espresso dark roast) is more exciting than this. But for an organic blend, this is among the best I have tried.

Smooth!
This s a smooth coffee. I use a burr grinder for this. So far, it is easy on my stomach and tastes very smooth with subtle notes of mocha java, nothing artificial tasting or overpowering.

Bitter with hint of chicolate (mocha!). I like it as first breakfast cofee to switch me on
