The Bean Organic Coffee Co. Mocha Java, Medium Roast, Whole Bean, 16 oz

I have purchased this coffee a few times now and will likely continue to order. I tried the whole bean this time so I could grind it myself to have a fresh taste each time I make coffee and I like the flavor and the fresh coffee aroma. It's not an overly bold blend which I prefer for my coffee so it does seem to be a true medium roast. It does have the USDA Organic sticker so that is hopefully helping to avoid pesticide residues.

Consistently very good organic coffee. Smooth and doesn't have that burnt taste like some companies. Comparable prices of my other local brands that unfortunately haven't been tested for toxins. Also leaves no aftereffects with digestion.

Bitter with hint of chicolate (mocha!). I like it as first breakfast cofee to switch me on

Could no longer get the Mocha Java from my coffee company. Found this on Amazon. Wow...just tried it, wonderful! Just ordered another 2 pounds. New favorite!

This is a really decent mocha java blend. It seemed fresh, although a roast date would be nice. The flavor was very deep with virtually no bitterness. Fantastic in the french press, and still very good pour over. My girlfriend hates strong or bitter coffee. She was in love with this, even though it has an intense flavor. I have had better mocha java, but this is still a very good bean.

This s a smooth coffee. I use a burr grinder for this. So far, it is easy on my stomach and tastes very smooth with subtle notes of mocha java, nothing artificial tasting or overpowering.

Excellent quality coffee, rich taste, very smooth.

My expectations were high but were not met. OK coffee but not that special.
