I feel a life changing difference in the first week. I still have some symptoms, but the bloating, lack of energy and days sick after eating FODMAP got much better! Do not have it with empty stomach!! Always with meals!

Da qualche anno nel periodo estivo, con eccessivo caldo, ho problemi intestinali. Ho letto consigli su Kijimea e l’ho provata. Dopo aver terminato un mese ho visto netti miglioramenti ed ora continuerò a farne uso per tutto il periodo estivo.
