Well made, good grip and useful rope for attaching it to a pull up bar. The rope can be detached if you want to clip a carabiner to them instead.

主に懸垂用と言うよりもケーブルマシンのハンドルとして使用しています。 ケーブルマシンのストッパー部分や終端の金具部分を握るよりも安定して握れるため高強度でトレーニングすることができ、また握り方によってキックバックやレイズ、ロウイングなど色々な種目に使用できるためとても便利です。 強度は十分でそれなりの重量を使用しても全く不安はありませんでした。

Das Produkt wurde schnell und gut verpackt geliefert. Die Kugeln liegen gut in der Hand und haben einen guten Grip. Es besteht keine Gefahr, sich die Finger zu quetschen. Die Seile könnten etwas kürzer sein. Alle Teile sind hochwertig verarbeitet und ermöglichen ein variantenreiches Krafttraining.
