NiteWhite ACP Bleaching Gel 16% 3 Pack

I've purchased these a couple of times for bleach trays I got from my dentist. I typically buy these from my dentist, but they raised their prices, so I looked for other options. I was concerned about whether these were original and whether the expiration dates were good, but they met both requirements. As for effectiveness, they work well for me, as a daily coffee drinker. My gums and teeth tend to get very raw and sensitive after about three days, so I generally don't go beyond that timeframe. To keep my teeth white between treatments, I use Sensodyne Extra Whitening, which works very well for me. Happy with the purchase.

good quality, but due to the low concentration, the bleaching effect is weak. When applied in the first 5-10 minutes, it is very painful, cracking in the teeth is heard, and periodic pain appears. But after a while everything goes away.

Note: IF haven't used a mold w/the whitening products, PLEASE GET appt with dentist; discuss goals; Dentist can determine if use is appropriate for teeth ie will not hurt enamel, gums, which is safest percent, you discuss when wearing mold fits your schedule, and dentist determines the days/nights or weeks likely take to achieve goals of treatment. Attaining whitening while maintaining number of healthy teeth. Need to have a mold of mouth/teeth upper and lower to use. Not a brush application. Overall: PROS: >Less money for same outcome >Can select from different percentages of the Peroxide mixture. >Easy to maintain level of whitening desired w/o costs of dental appt. >Once trialed under supervision of dentist monitoring for signs of damage vs typical sensitivity know what is sign of problem vs what's likely to happen when beginning this process. If all ok, should be fine to start ordering on regular refill. CONS: >As with anything always potential for adverse reaction even using mildest version. >Risk of injury to gums and enamel, can be severe.

This product definitely works. I could see whitening the next morning, after using it the first night. But I also noticed tooth sensitivity later in the afternoon the same day. I have used this product in the past. But I got the Zoom whitening kit from my dentist. I've never experienced sensitivity before. I believe the strength of the one my doctor gave me was 16%, as is this one. It could be because I haven't whitened in a long time. I plan to continue using it, but I may use it every other day, or 2 - 4 hours during the day. Instead of overnight for 5 consecutive days. I will probably also use Sensodyne toothpaste while using. Update: 6/16/2020 I skipped a day of whitening. I used it last night, and when I woke up there was no sensitivity. Before bed I used Sensodyne toothpaste before putting in the trays with the whitening agent. I also took an Advil Liquid.Gel just in case. (My dentist usually recommends taking one of these after dental procedures to alleviate inflammation or pain. So I figured it couldn't hurt) So this morning my teeth felt fine. No pain or sensitivity. I will continue using the Sensodyne for the days I continue to whiten. Hope this helps.

I had custom trays made by my dentist and this was the gel that was included. I’m still using the trays. It’s nice to get the exact gel that came with the original kit. Whitens teeth to desired color with no teeth sensitivity. I put mine in overnight.

This works just as well as the gel my dentist gave me for my custom-made trays. And it is significantly less expensive than buying it from him. So much so that I got a little mad that he charged me so much for it. I’m very pleased with this product and will definitely be re-ordering it.

My first time to order this and my last time. I don’t like having to leave whiteners in for several hours or all night.
