This is my 2nd attempt at one of these. The first was scratched and was returned. In between that time and reordering the price went down, what a bargain. I have used various baskets, boxes etc in the past but the baskets broke over time or were destroyed by the dog. The boxes we had were huge and did not fit with our decor. So I was delighted to find this item with simple modern lines. This has a slight sheen to the black finish, so not flat matt but not so shiny you can see your face in it. It's robust and takes a couple of days worth of logs for our stove. It's also a nice height to double as an occasional table and since it's next to a chair that's great. It was smaller than I imagined it was going to be which pleased me as I was worried it would be omnipresent. However, it blends beautifully with our modern inset wood burning stove and looks lovely when full of logs with all the ends facing out. Very pleased. It seems well made so I hope it will last.

Well made and stylish, this tucks nicely into the corner by my log burner, and holds enough logs for a couple of evenings fires. The kindling shelf is a nice touch and very useful.

Arrived quickly, a day early than expected in fact. The log holder isn’t huge but fits perfectly in the space I wanted it for and looks stylish whilst being practical.

In all honesty - it is a cool log holder - by far the "coolest" I could find (in my opinion of course - others may disagree!) However it is flimsy.... It is not good value for money - but I am willing to keep it (just...) It's a thin metal and it slopes to one side so you have to be careful how you lay the logs to try keep it level (if it's infront of a vertically striped wall - you'll certainly notice the slope!Just thought I'd warn others because the rave reviews do not justify the quality - but on the plus-side - it's a stylish item....

This does exactly what I wanted it to do.. i.e. hold logs and kindling! It looks great next to the log burner and secondly allows for a few days worth of logs to be stored in it (assuming the other half doesn't catch me adding logs to often to the burner!).Measurements match the product description.Otherwise what you see is what you get, a good well manufactured Log Holder.

Fast delivery, very sturdy product and stand upright with no lean. Previous ratings suggest wobbles but their item must be faulty. If received a non-fault item like myself you'll certainly be very pleased. Open front and back gives you flexibility in length of logs. Looks sleek/modern with the rounded corners yet authentic as wood burner accessory.

Arrived on time. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged - not the seller's fault I hasten to add. It looks like something had fallen onto the box in transit and damaged one of the vertical edges. It follows that it is not as sturdy/thick as I had hoped. However, it looks good and I hope for an undamaged replacement that will look good next to my wood burner.
