I use these to wrap a knee injury,relief! Have also used on a picnic. Take ages to defrost,so keep food chilled well.

Bought to create ice therapy boots for my horses injury. Worked a treat and so much better than buying ready made ice boots for £60!

I used to use Sorbafreezes but as you now can't buy them in small quantities, I purchased some of these. Have only used them once so far. They seemed to work but they are much dryer than Sorbafreezes so don't feel quite as cold. The day I used them wasn't very warm so it will be interesting to see how they do in mid summer.

These are far superior to standard ice blocks and have kept my summer picnics cold for hours. I highly recommend.

Just the thing for wrapping around my knee following surgery. Perfect also for cooling wine/beer etc!

Ice sheets work very well, no drips as they thaw. Great product!

Use these in my husband's lunch cooler everyday. Cut sheets in half to fit nicely. Use 2 full sheets (4 pcs of 1/2 sheets). We put one one sheet on each end of his Klien 17qt. Work Cooler. Put 3 water bottles in cooler, place another 1/2 sheet next to water. Put the rest of his lunch in cooler and lay last 1/2 sheet across top before closing cooler. He does not put his lunch cooler in the commercial refrigerator at work because it takes up so much room. Just sets it on top. When he gets home between 10 &14 hours later the sheets are still almost completely frozen. There is usually only one 1/2 sheet that is starting to thaw at all. The one that lies across the top.They work very, very well. Being able to cut them to fit is huge plus. The fact that they can wrap around something or bend with corners of cooler really helps. They do not condensate or leave anything wet if used per directions. We take the sheets out & let them air dry on Fridays and use 2 different sheets the following week. Alternating weekly. Definately would buy again. The 5th sheet we cut in 3rds for icing injuries old & new. Just wrap in hand towel and apply.

Se rellena mojándolo en agua y luego se congela. Todo bien, es de aluminio y plástico fuerte, con lo cual no se rompe y lo mejor de todo es que tiene un lado muy frío y el otro menos frío, con lo cual tienes para enfriar comidas o lo que sea y también lo puedes abrazar para quitarte el calor (sofocos, verano sevillano etc.). El material tiene muy buen tacto, es un producto de calidad.

I was specifically looking for an "ice sheet" and these were petfect. I have MS and AR summers are BAD! I soaked practically all of these in water before freezing them (2 per bag) in oversized zippy bags. It took a few hours of soaking in water to get them fully absorbed and a good 48 hours to freeze them all. Each of the little squares puffed out after absorbing the water and surprisingly wasn't terribly heavy once frozen. I pack them in an ice chest when going out. I ride a recumbent bike and use the whole sheets behind my back to keep cool. After a ride, I place them on my neck, chest and legs to cool down faster. Took them to the lake to keep cool while out on party barge. Perfect for sunburned legs too! After the MS150 bike ride last fall, they saved me. I had them behind my back, neck, head, chest and legs. I shared with other riders too and everyone liked them. Can cut to preferred size. I have some cut into long strips that are great around my neck while working outside. Makes great ice packs for migraines too! If forced, you can squeeze the squares once thawed and they will ooze. Not a problem with the way I use them but kids could bust them open. Not sure if toxic, seemed like the goo that forms in those swimming diapers for babies. Have used these for potlucks too to keep cold foods cold. I have so many, I rotate them out once one thaws out. Stays frozen for a couple hours!

Habe die Freeze bestellt um der Familie Torte mitgeben zu können. Halten locker 6-8 Stunden.Das tollste ist,dass man sich die Größe selbst zuschneiden kann.
