Is this tested on animals?

Both Tea Tree and Witch Hazel are Naturally occuring Herbal/Plant Products so dont need testing like Chemical Derived medication. They are distillations and mixtures from natures bounty (plants) Some people even say they are magical if you read up their history. They can be used on Animals just the way they can on People to treat skin problems. I have used them for many years (both as a combination and also on their own, though Tea Tree oil can be very expensive). They are brilliant at healing and as a balm. They also have other magical properties too. No harm was done to my laptop when writing this response. (Both Tea Tree and Witch Hazel (Like Honey) have magical Healing Powers you wont regret discouvering them)

Depends on the oil percent 5% should be about ph 5.5
