HiI am using this product from past 2 months. It has stopped the hair fall for me. The quality of the hair has also improved. If you are thinking of taking this then before that please do a blood test for Vit D, B12 and . If you are deficient in these then this pill will not work. Go to doctor and get the right pills for the deficiency and after 2-3 months start this. I was very deficient in Vit D and no hair treatment was working.

I have brought this product based on the review and ingredients, The product works as expected within a week but there is a side effects that comes along with it that i haven't aware of!!!1. Stomach ache:After a week i feel some pain in my upper stomach area and day by day it got increased and also got gas problem2. Constipation(motion sickness):stool is getting hard, even sometimes i haven't gone for toilet a day3. Pimples:I have noticed that new pimples are getting poping and some piples are even bigger, mostly hormonal pimples allover the face and body4. Low sexual desires:I feel the feeling of the sexuality is getting dropping as it contains the ingredient called "beta-sitosterol 50%" which have high dose 160mg in addition "pumpkin seeds oil" 240mg with could result in permanent impotenceAdvice to the company:Please follow the RDA guide line and put those in the ingredient section and reduce the power of those ingredients that cause these side-effects

With 3 months of continuous usage , I found it stopped my hailfall and receding hairline. Hairs are much thicker and shiny. I haven't felt any side effects till now, also taking it after giving breaks in between so that their is no risk of side effects or habit forming in body.
