Bought too use when needed was very hard too break too get the solution open too mix and only lasted 10 minutes.

Reasonably priced and works effectively

The box came dented and taped up like it had been opened already, I looked past it as thought it was just a box and hoping the items inside would be okay, we took them camping with us and unfortunately needed to use one due to an injury when I went to use one it wouldn’t work, I then went to use the other one and that wouldn’t work either, I could tell the contents inside had already been used due to the feel of it, so we were given 2 used ice packs that could not be reused in a broken box taped up leaving us with an injury that could not be treated.I went to try and refund the product and it said don’t accept refunds!

Worked well. Would recommend
